  1. Use two colors of mascara for a thicker look. In this case, two shades are better than one. Preferably black and brown. Start out with black at the roots then follow it up with brown on top.
  2. Blowdry your lashes. Well technically, lashes are hair too right, so it kinda makes sense. To create volume in your lashes, blast it with a blow dryer for a few seconds using the hot setting to create a curl. Then switch to a cold setting for a few seconds to create the shape.
  3. Cut your falsies into 3 separate sections. It will be easier to stick these smaller mini strips to your lash line. And they won’t pop up because of their shortened length. Just make sure to apply them close together to make it appear like they’re one piece.
  4. Add a little eyeshadow. No, not on your eyelids but on to your upper and lower lashes. Smudge it in to give your lashes more drama. For a better overall look, make sure you use a matte eye shadow that is the same color as your mascara.
  5. Dried up mascara? Don’t throw it into the bin yet. You can put your mascara in a mug of hot water for about 5-10 minutes. Or you can also add some eye drops or contact lens drops into your mascara tube to make it less clumpy.
